Jennifer Moss founded BabyNames.com in 1996 as a community site to share her life-long passion for names and naming. With over 20 years in information technology, Jennifer’s expertise in internet business strategy helped grow BabyNames.com to one of the most visited parenting sites online. Jennifer has served as Director of Technology for several Southern California companies including SDN Online, Korn-Ferry Futurestep and IMDB/Withoutabox. Her book, The One-In-A-Million Baby Names Book is available online and in major bookstores. Jennifer serves on the Executive Board of the Northwestern University Alumni Club of Los Angeles and is the founder of the L.A. Female Business Owners networking group. Jennifer has one daughter, Miranda Margaret, two cats, Roxie and Eli, and a dog, Buddy.

Toni Perling is a recovering television writer, with credits in episodic drama, comedy, television movies and even “reality” – which is, of course, scripted. She has since segued into marketing communications and public relations consulting and has been a contributing editor to such websites as eHow and Goldstar.com. Toni graduated from Northwestern University, and currently serves as Vice President of the Northwestern Alumni Club of Los Angeles. She is also the proud Mom of two rescue mutts, Daisy Jo and Bud Earl, and reminds you to adopt, name, love!
